The best way to diagnose this is to do a traceroute from your computer to our servers. This will show you all the 'hop' between you and us, and will show any traffic jams along the way. To do this, please follow these instructions:
(1). Get a DOS window by going to Start ~~> Run ~~> type cmd and hit enter.
(2). Type tracert www.WineSpectator.com and hit enter.
(3). Paste the results into a support ticket.
(1). Search for Terminal using the Spotlight magnifying glass in the top right corner of your screen.
(2). Type traceroute www.winespectator.com, and hit enter.
(2). Send us the results.
