A. First, make sure that you are signed up to receive these email alerts by visiting our email preferences page. In order to receive our email alerts for the Insider and Advance, you must answer "Yes" to the "Send me an email alert" options.

If both are set to "Yes" but you are still not receiving the emails, it is possible that our email notifications are being blocked by your personal email settings, or by your email service provider through an email filter. Please try adjusting the security settings on your PC and/or contact your email service provider to have them modify their security settings so that you can receive the email notification.

Please also note that Wine Spectator Insider and Advance can always be accessed by going directly to the site's homepage. If these steps still do not resolve the issue, contact our customer support.
