To update your email address or password:

  1. Visit our customer care page to update your email / password. 

  2. On the next page, locate your account using one of the following:

    • Your email address and ZIP code - then "I'm not a robot" and "Find Your Account"

    • Your account number and ZIP code (without the leading "00") - then "I'm not a robot" and "Find Your Account"

    • Your full mailing address - then "I'm not a robot" and "Find Your Account"

  3. Once your account is found, click on "Add / Change Email" to update your email addres or “Update WineSpectator.com Login” in the left-hand menu to update your password.
